This City of Toronto project is a new arena addition to the existing Leaside Memorial Gardens.
The projects include a NHL ice surface, six new change rooms,
community room, pro shop, renovations to the existing arena
and extensive site work with parking for 280 cars. This building is approximately 42,000 sq. ft. and is set to achieve LEED Silver certification.
